We collect email addresses. On some parts of the site we ask you to
register, and if you do we ask for your name, email address, geographical
address and other personal information. We may also use cookies. For an

3. How do we use your information?
We use the information to help us understand more about how our web site is
used, to improve our site, and to send you information about the Society, which
we think may be of interest to you, both electronically or otherwise. Unless you
have informed us that you do not wish to receive further information about the
Society we may send you direct mail.
4. When do we share information?
We will not sell your personal information to others. The email addresses of
those who communicate with the Society via email will not be passed to other
organisations without the permission of the submitter.
If we believe that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to others, we
reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the site
about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to
prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.
5. External Links
A number of other web sites have links on our site. If you link to their
sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and
are not covered by this privacy statement. The Society has no knowledge of the
privacy practices or content of such web sites.
